William "Billy" Richardson

William “Billy” Richardson of Bristol, Wisconsin passed away Sunday March 20, 2022, in Kenosha, Wisconsin suddenly due to a car accident. Billy was born August 1, 1975, in Waukegan, Illinois to David and Sandra Richardson. He is a graduate of Zion-Benton Township Highschool. Billy married Rebecca Sparks June 12, 2010, in Grayslake, Illinois. He was employed by the Waukegan School District as a woodshop teacher. Billy enjoyed camping with his family, being outdoors, and woodworking. He had a kind heart that was always rooting for the underdog and did not hesitate to lend a helping hand to anyone. His greatest passion was his two little girls, they were his world. Family was his greatest treasure. Billy is survived by his wife, Rebecca Richardson; daughters, Samantha, and Sophia Richardson; mother, Sandra Richardson; siblings, Christina (Steve) Davey, David Stoner, Teddy Richardson, and Jody Richardson. He is preceded in death by his father, David Richardson and all 4 grandparents. Visitation will take place Monday, March 28, 2022, at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, Illinois from 4-7 P.M. Funeral Service will take place Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Congdon Funeral Home at 11 A.M. Interment will follow at Pineview Memorial Park, Beach Park, Illinois.
