Wallace Behrens

Wallace F. Behrens, 79, of Winthrop Harbor, IL passed away surrounded by his loved ones on January 25, 2026. 

He was born on April 14, 1946 in Burlington, WI the son of Wallace and Melva Behrens. Wallace married Sharon Harris on October 19, 1974 in Gurnee, IL. Wallace worked as an HVAC technician for thirty years. He was a member of Brothers Rising Motorcycle Club for over twenty-five years. 

He is survived by his wife Sharon Behrens; children, Angela Behrens, Laura Boss, and Mike Behrens; grandchildren, Gavin Schwartz, Jacob Behrens, Brooke Vaughn, Joshua Yelden, Luke Yelden, Taylor Behrens, Jefferson Behrens, Kendyl Behrens, Hunter Behrens, Caitlyn Behrens, Morgn Terrell, and Jeff Lewis; twelve great-grandchildren; and sister, Melody Wilson.

He is preceded in death by his children, Timothy Yelden, Kristi Brooks, and Dana Behrens; granddaughter, Brittni Vaughn; parents, Wallace and Melva Behrens; and siblings, Wayne Behrens, Cliff Behrens, Forest Behrens, Betty Harris, Bill Harris, Rob Harris, and Mike Harris.

All services will be held private.
