Taeshawn A. Mitchell

Taeshawn Anthony Mitchell, 25, of Zion, Illinois, passed away October 23, 2025. He was born July 26, 2000 in San Diego, California to parents Shamiyan and Anthony Mitchell.

Teashawn graduated from Zion Benton Township Highschool and attended college at the College of Lake County.

Teashawn is survived by his parents, Shamiyan and Anthony Mitchell; sister, Tytianna Mitchell; nephew, D’vonte Russell; grandmothers, Lue Bertha Mitchell and Debra Roberson; grandfathers, Willie Louis Mitchell and Gene Roberson; aunts, Monika Mitchell, Donna Wooton, Denise Jones, and LaShica Washington; and uncles, Reggie Roberson and Richie Roberson.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Willie Louis Mitchell Jr.

Visitation will be held November 1, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois
