Sally Ann Good-Wiiks, 82, passed away on June 24, 2025 in Chicago, IL. She was born on May 6, 1942 in Bayfield, WI the daughter of Wallace and Elma Taylor.


Sally graduated from Zion Benton High School. She worked at Bob & Ann's restaurant, Baxter, and New Tech High Zion Benton as a lunch lady. She was a member of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, and Lake Superior Band. Sally enjoyed shopping, going to casinos, spending time with her family daily, especially her five great-grandbabies. She loved all wildlife, but especially feeding neighborhood cats. She loved working and all the kids and employees she worked with throughout the years.


Sally is survived by her son, Douglas Wayne Ahern; grandchildren, Bo (Stacey) Ahern, Mimi (Brian) Meyerhofer; great-grandchildren, Vincent, Azrael, Mathias, James, and Cassian; siblings, Karen Hogan, and Loretta Byther; nieces, Kimberly Slis, Asia Hollister, and Kismet Charles; nephew, Isaiah Cole; and dear friend, Colleen Larsen.


She was preceded in death by her former husbands, Bill Good, and Mervin Wiiks; her late parents, Wallace and Elma Taylor; brothers, Robert Taylor, and David Taylor; and niece Tina Slis.
