Ron "Ronnie" Teigland

Ronald G. "Ronnie" Teigland, 66, passed away on August 24, 2025 in Libertyville, IL. He was born on October 28, 1958 in Waukegan, IL the son of Glenn and Donna ( née Zielke) Teigland. Ronnie worked as a cabinet maker for 35 years. He was a proud dog dad to eight amazing dogs over the years.

He is survived by his wife Lisa Teigland; sisters, Jenell (Keith) Jacks, and, Marilyn Ryman; brother, Garry (Margie) Teigland; nephews, Aiden Schueler, Chuck (Hanah) Jacks, Andy ( Kristine) Jacks, Steve (Rebecca) Jacks, Caleb (Kirith) Ryman, Logan Ryman, and, Ben (Abby) Teigland; nieces, Alexis Schueler, Ava Schueler, Trisha Linn, Katy (Nathan) Stavig, JoBeth (Jonathan) Crank, Becky (Peter) Riefstahl, and Brita (Bronson) Mulligan; twenty-two great nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Jeanne Dreyer; and sister-in-law Laura (Michael) Shea.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Donna Teigland; and father-in-law, Dr. Richard Dreyer.

To honor Ronnie's love for his beloved dog Bitsy, whose birthday is on September 13th, a memorial visitation will be held September 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd Zion, IL.
