Nancy A. Lake, 56, of Sturtevant, WI, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on April 21, 2026, in Palatine, IL.
Nancy was born on May 20, 1969, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She served as a manager at MyEyeDr. in Vernon Hills, IL. Nancy had a passion for traveling with Mark to Savannah, Georgia, Cancun, and South Carolina. She also enjoyed shopping and her love for animals.
She is survived by her children, Haley Lake and Andrew Lake; her granddaughter, Emelia H.; and her significant other, Mark Buzinski.
Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Donald Stark.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL.
