Loretta Soma

Loretta Helen Soma, 61, of Zion, IL died February 1, 2014 at Vista Medical Center East. Loretta was born November 10, 1952 in Waukegan, IL and was a lifetime resident of Zion. She graduated from Zion-Benton Township High School. While attending Zion -Benton, she met Thomas Soma, who she married March 1, 1974 and spent 40 wonderful years with. She is survived by her husband; 2 children, Tommy Soma of Zion, IL, and Heidi Snodie of Zion, IL; her mother, Josephine Dietmeyer of Waukegan, IL; brother, Jimmy Dietmeyer of Chicago, IL; and other close relatives. Loretta was preceded in death by her father, Harold Dietmeyer; and 2 brothers, Harold and Calvin. Services will be private for the family. Memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
