Kelly Stockwell

Kelly Joan Stockwell, 57, of Pleasant Prairie,WI, passed away on October 26, 2026 in Kenosha, WI surrounded by her family.

Kelly was born on June 29, 1969 in Waukegan, IL the daughter of Raymond and Joanne (Skof) Miltimore. She married Robert "Bob" Stockwell in Kenosha, WI, and was a member of Jehovah's Witness Church. Kelly was a loving wife, mother, and grandma; she had a big heart. She loved taking care of animals especially her dog Scully and tortoise Sisu.

She is survived by her daughter Carrie (Vince) Velardo; grandson, Michael Velardo; and siblings, Steven Miltimore (Tim Budd) and Joe Miltimore (Bryan Hansen).

Kelly was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Stockwell; parents, Raymond and Joanne Miltimore; sisters, Vicky (Joe) Gelbudas and Marie (Don) Adler; grandmother, Signe Scof.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL.
