Jeffrey E. Patterson

Jeffrey E. Patterson, of Zion, Illinois passed away December 7, 2025 in Waukegan, Illinois. He was born March 18, 1947 in Somers Point, New Jersey.

Jeffrey attended New Seasons Church in Zion and worked for Lake Forest Hospital for 15 years. He married his wife, Pauline on May 29, 1981 in Waukegan, Illinois. He was a member of the Navy League and he was a Mason. He loved his church family and rarely missed a Sunday or Wednesday Service. Jeffrey enjoyed singing. He also enjoyed fishing with his friend, Pat. He was a friend to everyone he met and always loved to laugh and reminisce. He could usually be found at any of his hang out spots like Dunkin Donuts, Healthy Yums, or N & T’s. He had friends everywhere he went.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Pauline Patterson; children David E. Patterson, and Christina Patterson Lookout; grandchildren, Ryan Patterson, Jake Patterson, Kyle Banis, and Eryn Lookout; and great-granddaughter, Harper.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Regina Patterson; siblings, Bob Patterson and Kate Knast; and David E. Lookout.
