Elaine R. Cieslar

Elaine Rose Cieslar, 95, of Waukegan, Illinois passed away May 3, 2026 at home in Waukegan. She was born June 6, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois.

Elaine previously lived in Chicago before moving to Waukegan. She married her husband, Emil Cieslar on October 10, 1959. Elaine was a beloved mother and grandmother, a wonderful cook, a loyal friend, and kind to all who knew her. Elaine also had a amazing memory.

Elaine is survived by her children, Jan Feder of Chicago, Illinois and Mark Cieslar of The Woodlands, Texas; and grandchildren, Samatha Feder, Luke Feder, Chase, Bryce, Mia Cieslar and Reese Cieslar.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil Cieslar and brother, Eugene Storti.
