Dennis K. Bade

Dennis K. Bade, 69, of Beach Park, IL passed away on May 15, 2025 in Park Ridge, IL.

Dennis was born on October 13, 1955 in Portage, WI the son of Geroge and Mary Lou (Finkenstein) Bade. He served in the U.S Navy, and married Susan Germer on April 17, 1982. Dennis received a Master's degree in education and worked as a teacher in Waukegan public schools until retirement. He was a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Susan Bade; children, Eric (Jacqueline) Bade, and Sara (Charles) Hallstrom; grandchildren, Mackenzie Bade, Bruce Hallstrom, and Alexandria Bade; brothers, Doug (Chris) Bade, and Gary Curtis; several nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents George, and Mary Lou Bade; and sister, Timmie Goetz.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m., at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd. Zion, IL 60099. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Zion, IL.
