Beverly Kerr

Beverly D. Kerr (nee Male), beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, 83, of Tevares, FL, formerly of Waukegan, died on Monday, November 17, 2014 at her daughters home in Beach Park, IL. She was born April 17, 1931 in Waukegan. Beverly was a soloist at First Church Of Christ Scientist in Waukegan for 30 years. Survivors include her husband of 62 years Robert A. Kerr; daughters Denise (Alan) Kumpula of Racine, WI and Lisa (Bill) Peters of Beach Park, IL; four grandchildren Nicolee Kumpula, Lars (Leah) Kumpula, Lyn (Geoff) Oman, and Matthew (Kara) Peters; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Myrtle Male; her sister LaVerne Whitney; and her brother-in-law Bill Crammond. Services will be private for the family. Memorial donations to American Cancer Society have been suggested.
