Barbara Anne Dutcher

Barbara Anne Dutcher, 75, of Waukegan, Illinois, passed away on October 9, 2025, in Waukegan, Illinois.

She was born on May 31, 1950, in Waukegan, the daughter of Lawrence Clarence Ryan and Jean V. (née Stevens) Stack. Barbara worked at Allstate, Grainger, and Abbott Laboratories. She was involved with Theatre Ladies. She loved to crochet, listen to country music, and spend time with family and friends.

Barbara is survived by her life partner, Mark Daniels; daughter, Jennifer Dutcher; grandsons, William Neuman and Jackson (Taylor) Neuman; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Karen H. Craft; dear friends, Cindi Daniels and Paul Daniels; extended family, J.B. Daniels, Todd Daniels, Robin (Eddy) Witt, and Carly Barty; and beloved dog, Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., and prayers at 5:30 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL.
