Adrianna Torres

October 15, 1992 — September 14, 2026

Adrianna Mercedes Torres, 33, of Waukegan, Illinois, passed away on September 14, 2026. She was born on October 15, 1992, in Libertyville, Illinois, to Flavio Torres and Juanita Medina. Adrianna previously lived in Winthrop Harbor and attended Zion-Benton Township High School and State Career College.

Adrianna will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and incredibly sweet and kind heart. She was one of the nicest people you could meet, treating everyone with warmth and kindness and making people feel special simply by being herself. Adrianna worked as a medical assistant at Erie Healthreach, a role that reflected her natural caring instinct and compassionate personality.

Family was at the heart of Adrianna’s life. She adored her nieces and nephews and shared an especially close bond with them. To her nieces, she was more than an aunt—she was like a big sister, someone they could laugh with, confide in, and share their own special inside jokes with. She loved her cousins dearly and had a way of creating unique connections, jokes, and memories with her two siblings, family, and friends.

Adrianna treasured the special relationships she shared with her family. She and her mom loved their date nights together, and no matter how old she got, Adrianna was always a daddy’s girl. She loved cracking jokes with her brother, and phone chats with her sister about life. She loved time spent with cousin Angelica Ramirez. She also loved spending time and making memories with her life partner, Eduardo Alonso, especially settling in together to binge-watch a good TV show.

Some of Adrianna’s happiest moments were the simple ones from rooting for the Dallas Cowboys with her family, listening to all genres of music, getting her hair and nails done, making others laugh until tears, and being surrounded by the people she loved most.

Adrianna is survived by her loving parents, Flavio Torres and Juanita Medina; her life partner, Eduardo Alonso; her siblings, Imelda (Joshua) Norvell and David Torres; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Janessa Norvell, Jordyn Norvell, Jada Torres, Julianna Torres, Jameson Torres and Jayden Rodriguez. She also leaves behind cherished cousins, extended family, and many friends who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Nicanor Medina, Rose Medina, Agripina Torres, and Manuel Torres.
