Norma Naden

Norma Naden, 93, of Zion, IL, died on Thursday, November 5, 2009, at Sheridan Health Care Center, Zion. Norma was born December 24, 1915, in Stanchfield, Minnesota, and was a graduate of Waukegan Twp. High School. She grew up in Waukegan and moved to Zion with her late husband, Jay. Norma is survived by two children, Susan (Phil) Cunliffe-Owen and Bruce (Debbie) Naden; grandchildren, David, Lora, Inga, and Stacy; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Edith Oliver. She was preceded in death by her husband Jay in 1982; sisters, Austrid and Sonya; brothers, Brynolf, Rudolf, Lars, Thor, and George; and her parents, Gust and Anna Nordmark. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ken Langley of Christ Community Church, officiating. Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
