Obituary of Jack F. Whitlow

Jack F. Whitlow, “Boomer”, 70 of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin passed away Wednesday February 25, 2015. He was born November 22, 1944 and was a graduate of Waukegan High School and attended Marquette University. He worked at Cornerstone Realty, Fred Losch Beverage Co. and Prudential Insurance. Survivors include his children Blake (Carmin) of Winthrop Harbor, Casey (Alsena) of Winthrop Harbor, Toby (Janae Strumberger) of Beach Park, 7 grandchildren Brett, Taylor, Jordan, Shelbie, Breyen, Samantha and Trevor. He has a brother Phillip (Myra) of Beach Park, and Sister Karen O’Brien (Joe) of Wadsworth, his lifetime friend Jim Conn of Texas, and Ellen Bosman of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. He is preceded in death by his father Floyd and mother Eleanor Doretti. Jack was an avid sports fan and played softball and golf, won MVP softball award and part of many championship softball teams. A remembrance visitation for Jack will held Wednesday March 4, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion, IL 60099.
